Brandon Wasn’t Surprised By Pam’s New Marriage

Pamela Anderson’s son Brandon Lee says she always talked about moving home to Vancouver Island — so he wasn’t surprised when she married a ‘Canadian guy’ late last year.

Pamela Anderson married Dan Hayhurst on Christmas Eve 2020 in an intimate wedding on the Vancouver Island property that she bought from her grandparents three decades ago. The wedding took a lot of people by surprise, but her son Brandon Thomas Lee said he thinks the hometown marriage has always been “part of her plan.”

While promoting the upcoming season of The Hills: New Beginnings, the 24-year-old told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY, “ever since I was young, she’s always talked about going back to Vancouver Island and, you know, living out the rest of her life there.”

“So, part of me thinks that this was always part of her plan. Kind of get all the craziness out of the way and then find some Canadian guy and just settle down and never really leave Vancouver Island again,” he added.

Pamela, who became known as the quintessential California beach blonde thanks to her iconic role on Baywatch, was actually born and raised in the small Canadian town of Chemainus, B.C.. And, since marrying Vancouver Island resident Dan, the famously vegan PETA advocate seem to be taking serious steps to fully return to her roots.

The founder of the Pamela Anderson Foundation even put her Malibu beach home on the market for $15 million last month. And, although Brandon has no plans to move away from Malibu, he said he does consider Canada a second home.

“I don’t go up as much I should. I love it up there. Vancouver Island is my second home as well. I went to high school there and I definitely miss it,” he shared.

“I haven’t been able to go up there as much because of COVID and obviously, filming the show and I’ve been busy doing other things but you know, I’ll probably go up there and visit soon,” he added.

Before Brandon makes a visit to North, he’ll be keeping busy prepping for the upcoming premiere of season 2 of The Hills: New Beginnings. The hit series will return to MTV for its sophomore season on May 12.

Season 2 will see the famous friend group reuniting as COVID-19 lockdowns begin to lift in California. Their love lives, careers and personal struggles will be front and center.

In fact Brandon told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY that his upcoming storyline will include a romance that doesn’t go the distance. “We’re already broken up..going through relationships on such a public platform. It’s always going to be interesting. And you’re gonna see the ups and downs with [my relationship.]”

As for dating in the public eye, Brandon said it makes everything more intense. “There’s a lot more pressure on everything, on everything you say and everything you do. It’s just under the microscope,” he revealed.

Catch up with Brandon and the rest of the cast of The Hills: New Beginnings when it premieres on May 12 at 9 p.m. ET on MTV.

Pam been spicing up sex life with new husband by making him vegan sausages

The Baywatch star, 53, and her beau, who is thought to be in his 40s, tied the knot on Christmas Eve and have been inseparable ever since, even appearing in bed together for a recent TV interview.

And now a source has claimed that the actress – who claimed vegans are better lovers last month- has been revealing to pals that the change in diet has worked wonders in the bedroom.

They told The Mirror: ‘This diet has worked wonders. Dan feels like a new man. Pam makes vegan sausages and is famous for her smoothies and Buddha bowls.’

MailOnline has contacted Pamela’s representative for a comment.

In January, Pamela claimed that vegans make better loves, sharing her thoughts on Twitter and during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.

She tweeted: ‘Vegans make better lovers. The cholesterol in meat, eggs and dairy causes hardening of the arteries (and not much else)

‘It slows blood flow to all the body’s organs, not just the heart. You can improve your overall health and increase stamina in the bedroom by going vegan.’

She also left Piers Morgan blushing when she discussed her sex life as a vegan during the morning show.

Talking about whether veganism makes you a better lover, Pamela confessed: ‘That’s what I hear. I’m vegan, I’m fairly confident in that statement.

‘Absolutely I think. But I think I’ve always had a lot of fun in that department.’

Thoughts: Pamela has been vegan for 30 years and recently shared her thoughts on the diet and prowess in the bedroom on Twitter

She went on to tell Piers that ‘a lot of research went in to this’ given that she was part of the production team behind The Game Changers – a 2018 documentary about plant-based diets.

Piers tried to assert that, as a meat-eater, he has no problem in the bedroom, with co-anchor Susanna Reid chiming in to accuse him of being ‘sleazy’.

‘I can’t believe we’re divulging all this information on-air,’ Susanna declared.

Piers added: ‘The jury’s out Pamela. I did offer on Twitter to test this theory Pamela, but I notice you didn’t respond to my intrigue…’

Plant-based Pammy: Pamela asserted her vegans are better in bed claims while on GMB, leaving Piers Morgan blushing

GMB’s Dr Hilary Jones weighed in, explaining: ‘You could eat chips all day and still have a vegan diet. If you’re educated and knowledgeable about veganism of course you can have all the nutrients that you need but of course it’s very difficult.

‘The amount of cholesterol you eat in meat and dairy, the blood flow to the rest of your body becomes restricted.’

Of Pamela’s remark, he said: ‘It’s stretching a point to a great degree You can have high cholesterol levels if you’re a vegan if you’re eating the wrong food.

‘As far as too much red meat, there is the possibility that your arteries could suffer too.’

Pamela has been vegan for 30 years and is a staunch activist on the matter – while Piers has always mocked plant-based diets.

Pamela recently shocked Loose Women viewers when she appeared on the British TV show while in bed with bodyguard and builder Dan.

Talking from their home in Vancouver Island, Canada, Pamela said: ‘We haven’t left here since Christmas Eve [about being in bed together]’.

And talking about how they met, she added: ‘On the property. He was working here and I got stuck here during Covid and we got together.

‘I’ve been home for the last year and a half renovating. It’s a gorgeous piece of property. And Dan and his kids are living here too. We’re having a good time.’

‘This is so embarrassing’: Pamela shocked Loose Women viewers during ‘car crash’ interview in bed with new husband Dan on Friday – a month after their shock wedding

The couple said they were happy having a small wedding in the grounds of their home during the pandemic, this time around.

Pamela said: ‘We prefer to be by ourselves but it would have been nice to have some people here. Our witnesses were the first nations people who came to do our blessing and get rid of our demons.’

Dan, who is thought to be in his 40s, added: ‘I don’t think we’re coming out of lockdown. I think we’ll stay in lockdown forever.’

All About Pam’s husband Dan Hayhurst

Pamela Anderson is a married woman, once again!

PEOPLE confirmed this week that the Baywatch actress, 53, recently married her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst. The nuptials took place on Christmas Eve in an intimate ceremony on the grounds of Anderson’s Canadian home, according to the DailyMail.

“I’m exactly where I need to be—in the arms of a man who truly loves me,” Anderson told the outlet.

Here is everything to know about Anderson’s new husband.

RASTA Sanctuary, a farm animal sanctuary in Chemainus, Canada, shared several photos of Hayhurst and Anderson on Instagram late last year and thanked them for their work towards the sanctuary, which Hayhurts is a builder for.

“A photo of the incredibly generous couple who are making our barn building dream a reality. ✨ 💖 ✨,” the sanctuary wrote on Nov. 9 alongside a black-and-white snap of the couple walking on the grounds together.

An official for the sanctuary thanked Hayhurst and Anderson in another post later that month. “It still feels very much like a dream to me having @pamelaanderson and her wonderful partner Dan Hayhurst helping us to build our Sanctuary’s much-needed new barn, the post read. “Literally not a day goes by that I’m not immensely grateful for this most incredible gift that will be a massive game changer for all of us here at the Sanctuary! 🙏❤️.”

Days before Christmas, the sanctuary shared a photo of Anderson and Hayhurst with their arms wrapped around one another. In the caption, the sanctuary once again thanked the “incredibly generous and most kind and thoughtful couple.”

“Yesterday Pamela surprised us all with an early Christmas gift by most generously covering the cost of the cement for the footings in the construction of our new barn and we truly couldn’t be more grateful,” the santtuary said. It added of Hayhurst, “Her very hardworking partner Dan is our builder and he’s doing a fantastic job both coordinating the project as well as getting down and dirty to get the work done.”

“We feel unbelievably blessed to have the support of these two incredibly amazing and most compassionate people who are helping to make our longtime dream of building a very, very much-needed new barn for the animals, a reality! ✨,” the sanctuary added.

PEOPLE confirmed Anderson’s relationship with Hayhurst in September 2020, seven months after she split from her ex Jon Peters.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that Hayhurst and Anderson had “been together for a while.”

“She’s very happy,” the source said of Anderson. “And they’ve been together for the entire pandemic. She’s super happy and he’s been helping her fix up her home on Vancouver Island.”
