Pamela Anderson slashes almost $2M off her Malibu compound after sale falls through

PAMELA Anderson has slashed the price of her swanky Malibu compound by almost $2million – after a sale fell through, The Sun can exclusively reveal.

The former Baywatch star, who shocked fans by marrying her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst in December last year, listed her fancy digs for a whopping $14.9million in March.

Having owned the home for since 2000, when she picked it up for just $1.8million, Pammy is set to make a pretty penny on the sale after making many improvements to the 5,500-square-foot home over the years.

But The Sun can reveal she’s had to drop the price by almost $2million after a recent sale fell through, according to property records – and the house is now on the market for $12.9million.

TMZ reported back in April the four bed, five bath property was in escrow, but unfortunately for Pamela things didn’t work out and it was for sale again just a month later.

An online description of the Malibu property describes the home as the “perfect balance of elegant design, thoughtfully sourced elements, sustainable living, and quintessential beachside lifestyle.”

The teakwood build is privately gated and surrounded by glass walls, with a stunning formal living area and “gourmet kitchen complete with slab island and counters, custom cabinetry and the finest appliances.”

Photographs obtained by The Sun show the home offers a floating wood staircase which leads to the second floor bedroom with a spacious, well-lit closet, shower, Picasso-style tub and dry sauna.

The relaxing boudoir boasts a private balcony with steps to a upper deck with sweeping views, and a seating area with a fireplace perfect for date nights at home.

The home offers two additional bedrooms and a platinum tiled pool with its own bar area and entertainment spaces, while exclusive beach key access will give new owners sought-after privacy by the sea.

Pammy’s home also has its own guest house with a gorgeous lounge, bedroom, bath and spa tub with “mountain and lagoon views,” along with its own fire pit.

Other features include a retractable sunroof and an irrigated vegetable garden where the star would grow her own produce.

The model and actress announced she had married her “bodyguard” Dan in what was her sixth wedding to her fifth husband back in January, saying: “I’m exactly where I need to be — in the arms of a man who loves me.”

She had previously been hitched to rockstar Tommy Lee, 58, Kid Rock, 50 and twice to Rick Salomon, 53.

She also married movie producer Jon Peters for 12 days but later claimed the ceremony was not made legal.

Speaking about her recent wedding, Pamela told the Daily Mail: “I am in love. We were married Christmas Eve with both our families’ blessing, everyone we know is happy for us.

“I was married on the property I bought from my grandparents 25 years ago, this is where my parents were married and they are still together. I feel like I’ve come full circle.”

The ceremony took place in the backyard of the countryside estate located in the town of Ladysmith, on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. where the couple now live with his kids.

But Dan’s heartbroken ex Carey, who had been living with him and raising his two children for the past five years, told The Sun how she was blindsided by the affair and knew nothing of their marriage until she read about it online.

Carey said at the time: “This is not the lockdown love story which is being portrayed, it’s all a facade.”

“I decided to speak out because I want people to know that my almost five-year relationship, with three children involved, ended because of the affair Pam and Dan started while he was still with me.

“It’s sad that people celebrate this and cheer them on, when it started with deceit, denials and life-shattering choices for all the people involved.

“It wasn’t this romance that happened overnight. He worked with her for over six months before any of that happened.

Pamela Anderson’s Malibu Mansion in Escrow

Pamela Anderson is just about to say bye-bye to the ‘bu … she’s found a buyer for her beautiful estate and is leaving L.A. for good — or at least, for now.

The ‘Baywatch’ star has a buyer for her 4-bedroom pad in the super-exclusive Malibu Colony. She was asking $14.9 million and, although we don’t know what the buyer is paying, we do know this — the Colony is blazing hot and in many cases, homes are selling way above the asking price.

Our sources say the deal still has some contingencies, so it’s not a lock … at least not yet, but it’s on the road to closing.

Pamela’s soon-to-be-former place is 5,500 square feet … the estate is decked out with a pool, sauna, outdoor bar, fire pit, retractable glass walls and we haven’t even gotten to the guest house. Tomer Fridman has the listing.

The guest home comes with its own lounge, and the bedroom suite features a fireplace, spa tub and sweeping views of the mountains and lagoons.

As for Pam’s plans … she’s living in Vancouver, where she grew up.

Pamela Anderson Lists $15M Malibu Home

Pamela Anderson is saying goodbye to her Malibu home.

The actress’s home located in the prestigious Malibu Colony will officially go on the market Monday, PEOPLE confirms.

The Baywatch star, 53, is seeking $14.9 million for the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath mansion designed by Philip Vertoch.

The actress — who secretly wed her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst on Christmas Eve — is opting to head north, and will now reside on her grandmother’s former property on Vancouver Island, Canada. She and Hayhurst have been staying there throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“It’s time I went back to my roots. I’m in love and recently married my ‘average Joe’ (as he likes to call himself),” Pamela explains of her decision to leave Malibu behind.

Home now for Anderson is the sprawling ranch where her grandmother lived out her life.

“I’m creating my life here now again where it all started. It’s been a wild ride, now full circle,” the star says.

“I left my small town in my early twenties for Playboy, traveled all around the world, just to come home — one of the most beautiful places on earth. I made it home in one piece, a miracle. I’m a lucky girl.”

Anderson bought the Canadian property three decades ago but now, with her new husband by her side, she is renovating and developing the house to make it her personal piece of sustainable paradise.

Sustainability was also a motivation behind her 5,500-square-foot beach home’s design.

The striking structure sits atop a 6,324-square-foot lot that is privately gated and includes a guest house, rooftop deck with a fireplace, pool, and spa.

The property also comes with beach access to one of the area’s most exclusive strips of sand.

Anderson tells PEOPLE that her favorite room in the house is “my bedroom.”

“I love it and it’s the most sensual and clean space with a rain shower on a teak floor and sauna attached plus a bathtub is in my bedroom,” she said of the luxe chamber which is constructed using teak from “conflict-free areas. ”

Listing agent Tomer Fridman of the Tomer Fridman Group tells PEOPLE that the home’s location has long been one of the most sought after by the rich and famous.

“The Malibu market has become the destination of choice for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals from across the nation,” Fridman says.

“Malibu Colony, in particular, is one of Los Angeles’s most important enclaves dating back to Hollywood’s heyday of ’20s glamour.”

Anderson’s move comes more than two months after she wed Hayhurst in an intimate ceremony on the grounds of her Canadian home.

Since her wedding, Anderson has logged off social media, saying in her final Instagram post that she is “settled into the life. I’m genuinely inspired by reading and being in nature. I am free.”
