They’ve officially said bye to the ‘Bu.

Brandon Thomas and Dylan Lee — Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s sons — have just begun a new chapter in Southern California. Following the $3 million March sale of their five-bedroom home in Malibu, the two have just closed on a home in the Los Angeles area, which they spent $3.99 million to call their own, The Post has confirmed.

TMZ first reported news of the deal for the ranch-style retreat, located in Encino. The property encompasses a total of 4,170 square feet, according to its listing, and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in sum.

The home comes remodeled and in turnkey condition — and it stands behind a wrought iron gate, surrounded by oak trees. The main house features high-pitched ceilings, a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area and large windows that let in good natural light.

The main home alone measures some 3,700 square feet and has three bedrooms — as well as a living room with a fireplace and a yoga/art studio up in the finished attic.

There’s also a roughly 400-square-foot guesthouse, which has its own full bathroom.

Elsewhere, their new purchase also has a two-car garage — as well as a paver-stone driveway and a motor court — a yard and a large swimming pool.

Brandon, 25, is the eldest child shared between Anderson and Lee. Like his mother, he has acting credits, having appeared in “The Hills: New Beginnings” and “Sierra Burgess Is a Loser.” He’s also behind the cheekily named Swingers Club, a clothing line inspired by retro golf wear, which he launched in 2021.

Younger brother Dylan is 24 and is a musician and a model — having walked for labels including Dolce & Gabbana and Hugo Boss.

The Agency represented both sides of the deal. Cooper Mount repped the brothers, while Craig Knizek and Andrea Korchek represented the sellers.

Pamela Receives Support from Her Sons

A Broadway star is born!

On Tuesday night, Pamela Anderson, 54, made her Broadway debut in the role of Roxie Hart in the long-running musical Chicago.

Making a special attendance that night were her two sons, Brandon Thomas, 25, and Dylan Jagger, 24.

Brandon and Dylan are kids to Anderson and Tommy Lee, a couple that had a three-year whirlwind romance in the ’90s. The actress and Mötley Crüe musician had their relationship recently portrayed on Hulu’s series Pam & Tommy.

In addition to having her family there for support, the Baywatch star accepted a bouquet of red roses during curtain call. In the special moment, Anderson was in her costume consisting of a black leotard and fishnets and was standing next to costar Lana Gordon.

An audience member at the show told PEOPLE that “the audience went insane” for Anderson and that she looked “flawless” in the role of Hart, first performed by late actress Ann Reinking in the 1996 Broadway revival.

“She just looked like she was having a great time at the end of the show,” the audience member added.

Chicago, featuring music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Ebb and Bob Fosse, debuted in 1975. The show, about two dangerous and seductive women seeking acquittals for murder, was also choreographed by Fosse and remains one of his crowning achievements.

According to Playbill, the show is the longest-running American musical in Broadway history and the second longest-running Broadway production ever, after The Phantom of the Opera.

Last month, Anderson spoke with PEOPLE about taking on the role, acknowledging that performing on Broadway means “no safety nets.”

“I’m like a sponge. I’m just soaking it all in,” she said. “Every single experience has been just wild. I mean, it’s wild to even be here. I have to pinch myself sometimes because it seems so surreal.”

The Barb Wire star added, “I’m so curious to see what I’m made of. Each day, my voice is getting stronger. The choreography is settling in. We’re doing the original choreography — they’re not holding back with me — and I’m just loving it. I’m just eating it up. I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I should have been doing this longer!’ But this is the right time.”

“This is the beginning of the rest of my career — maybe,” Anderson continued.

“I needed this right now,” she said. “I feel like this is something I really needed to sink my teeth into. I love to work. I love to work hard. You know what, I kind of thought, ‘Well, I’ll just kick back and take it easy.’ It’s like, ‘Oh no, no, no. I still need to work. I’m not that old yet!’ ”

“I have nothing to lose. I’ve got nothing to live up to and I’ve got nothing to lose. I’m going crazy. I’m going for broke.”

Other big names who have portrayed Roxie onstage over the years include Gwen Verdon — who originated the role in the first production — Ashlee Simpson Ross and Michelle Williams, as well as Renée Zellweger in the 2002 Chicago film adaptation opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones as rival and fellow murderess Velma Kelly.

Anderson can be seen in Chicago for a limited engagement through June 5 at New York City’s Ambassador Theatre.

Brandon and Dylan selling Malibu home

Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Lee have put their luxury California home on the market.

The Malibu property will be familiar to MTV fans as it was often shown during The Hills: New Beginnings which stars Brandon, 25.

The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is located near Las Flores beach and has been listed for $2.995 million.

The brothers, whose parents are none of other than Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, have tapped Malibu power broker Cooper Mount of The Agency to sell the property.

Filled with light, the 2,634-square-foot home is turnkey and offers a perfect beach retreat after undergoing a complete renovation.

The immaculate property is ready to entertain and even includes a fireplace — a rarity in Southern California!

The style sensibilities of fashion model Dylan, 24, and his brother are evident throughout the home.

The pair opted for a contemporary design often seen in Hollywood Hills properties but infused the home with the laidback stylings of the beach town they love.

Additionally, and perhaps deceivingly, the home also sits on nearly one acre of land with a lush and landscaped backyard.
There are no homes on either side of the property, so it is a perfect haven for a celebrity or just a family who wants to leave the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles behind.

The property listing comes just months after their mother sold her Malibu mansion.
The Baywatch star sold the home, located in the prestigious Malibu Colony, for $11.8 million to Kreiss Furniture CEO and creative director Loren Kreiss in August.

Anderson initially listed the property for $14.9 million in March.
The actress, 54, had planned to live in the home long term but relocated to Canada during the pandemic.

She now lives with her husband Dan Hayhurst at her grandmother’s former property on Vancouver Island.

“It’s time I went back to my roots,” Anderson told PEOPLE in March when she listed the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath mansion designed by Philip Vertoch.

Anderson purchased the home for $1.8 million in 2000, the Los Angeles Times reported, and had first tried to sell it in 2013, asking $7.75 million.

Of her decision to return to her grandmother’s home, the Baywatch star added: “I left my small town in my early twenties for Playboy, traveled all around the world, just to come home – one of the most beautiful places on earth. I made it home in one piece, a miracle. I’m a lucky girl.”
