Pamela Anderson wrote a lovesick paean to her is-he-or-isn’t-he boyfriend Julian Assange on Friday, lamenting that she hasn’t been able to see him for a year.

“We all miss his voice. I miss his laugh, his mischievous smile and his curious and boy-like wonder,” she tweeted of the WikiLeaks founder, who is holed up in the Ecuadorean embassy in London with no visitor privileges or Internet access. “A uniquely strong and dedicated man.”

Thanking him for his “sacrifice,” Pam, 51, added, “I ? you are well. And that I will see you soon.”
She later called outraged responses to her tweet “surreal” and showing “IGNORANCE.”

“There is a crowd that just does not care about his well being as a human being and refuse to accept that he is a hero … or God forbid … any friend of mine,” she wrote.

She later also insisted he needs only one name “like Cher or Madonna or Chelsea,” adding the hashtag #FreeManning along with #FreeAssange.

“The world is watching,” she wrote.

The former Baywatch star’s earlier embassy visits, before the ban, had long sparked dating rumors — ones she never denied despite also being linked to French soccer star Adil Rami.

“We are friendly, yes — very friendly. I love Julian,” she told “Good Morning Britain” in 2017, later telling interviewer Piers Morgan that “it’s kind of difficult to have a relationship with somebody” who is a “prisoner.”

Pam attends democracy in Europe conference

Pamela Anderson moved to France more than a year ago to live with her beau — footballer Adil Rami — in his native Marseille.

Since then the Baywatch star has taken a keen interest in European politics and has espoused a more global view to her life’s philosophy.

And that interest is what led her to attend the Democracy in Europe Movement 2025 conference in Brussels, Belgium on Monday.

The actress/activist was one of about two dozen guest speakers invited to ‘A Citizen Takeover of the EU Institutions: a gathering of artists, activists, academics and politicians from around the world to discuss the upcoming European elections and progressive solutions to global problems.

Now 51, the Canadian-born star looked glamorous in a form-fitting black dress as she weighed-in on the many varying issues on the docket that included the state of democracy, sustainability, prosperity, and solidarity.

Always fashionable, Anderson enhanced her curves with a pair of black heels that had red straps, and had her trademark blonde tresses pulled back into a loose bun with a center part.

Leading up to the conference, Anderson promoted her speaking engagement on Instagram.

‘We are at a unique place in history right now and if you are not doing something personally (or publicly) to make the world a better place. We are all in trouble,’ she began in the caption.

‘Collectively we must face the truth. Listen to the child protesters. The yellow vests, And passionate academics with street smarts-to stir the pot. And offer real alternatives to the broken capitalistic system that doesn’t care for the many, refugees or the planet.’

She also added the hashtag: ‘#greennewdeal,’ which is an effort to educate and combat climate change through a new and sustainable economy.

Anderson has been dating Rami since 2017 after meeting at the Cannes Film Festival.

She reportedly is in regular contact with her two sons that she shares with ex-husband Tommy Lee — Dylan, 21, and Brandon, 22, and that they frequently fly out from the States to see her.

The 90s icon is also a vocal activist for the animal rights movement and has been apart of campaigns condemning the commercial fur industry and promoting veganism through the animal rights organization, People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals.

Pamela Anderson calls for an end to reality TV shows

Pamela Anderson is calling for an end to reality television shows.

The “Baywatch” star took to Twitter to slam reality TV, branding it an “epidemic of ugliness” created by “superficial competitions” despite appearing on several shows throughout her career. Some of the shows included “Big Brother,” U.K. version of “Dancing On Ice” and “Dancing With The Stars” in the U.S., Argentina and France. She also starred in the U.S. version of “Dancing With The Stars: All Stars” in 2012, but was eliminated in the first round.

“Did I enjoy being on a reality show? Please no more reality shows or reality stars,” Anderson tweeted Sunday. “Even France is polluted with them – it’s an epidemic of ugliness, superficial competitions, desperate and exploitive – for the artist.”

Anderson said talent agents usually “bullied” participants into doing reality TV shows.

“You are usually bullied into doing TV like this by agents fighting over commissions,” the actress wrote. “You’re left without any great amount of joy or money- you feel used, dirty, and with no feeling of accomplishment.”

Anderson said reality show participants can redeem themselves by donating the money they earned to charity.

“Unless of course – you attempt to find any meaning or redemption by donating all to charity. It’s how I forgave myself,” Anderson tweeted.

The 51-year-old actress’ comments come after several stars from the U.K. reality series “Love Island” urged producers to provide support to contestants after they leave the show. Earlier this month, former contestant Mike Thalassitis was found dead, nearly a year after another contestant, Sophie Gradon, also died.

Both were believed to have died by suicide, Sky News reported.
