Pamela Anderson ‘very happy’ with new boyfriend

Pamela Anderson is loving life!

The 50-year-old spoke with ET’s Nischelle Turner on Wednesday to promote her new book, Lust for Love: Rekindling Intimacy and Passion in Your Relationship, which she co-wrote with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach and is available online and in bookstores now. The former Baywatch star opened up about her relationship with 32-year-old French soccer star, Adil Rami, and their life in the south of France.

“Well, one good thing is that we try to keep that private because he has his world, I have my world and that’s not something we want to talk about because we really want to protect our privacy,” Anderson said. “But, yes, I’m very happy. I’m very happy and I love France.”

Anderson continued: “My mom is so funny because every time she sees me and … I want to complain about certain things she goes, ‘Oh stop! You’re happy! Look at your face. Deal with it!’ Just, you know, there’s more good than bad. There’s more good than bad!'”

The mom-of-two, who’s been married four times, also shared what she thinks makes both a great love and lover.

“I’ve had some great loves. Well, love and loving is you know, it does go hand in hand. And the best lovers are the most passionate people, the most honest people and, you know, I like to really get to know somebody,” Anderson said. “I’m really into being with someone who’s committed and then maybe that’s why I’ve been married so many times. But it didn’t work out and, people may misunderstand, I haven’t been with a lot of men in my life. I’ve been with a few men, and I’ve married them and I believe in a monogamous relationship — that’s the fun part for me.”

Anderson has also learned a lot about love from her parents.

“They were so in love and they’re still together and they’ve been together since they were 16. And they’ve had a lot of ups and downs. They’re so romantic and they’re constantly funny and silly with each other and so in love,” Anderson shared. “And they have each other now which is so important to look back at some of their struggles and how they got through it and how they’re together now.”

The former Playmate also said that she doesn’t “know what I would do if they were separated. I mean, my mom has been sick and my dad was there for her. And now my dad is sick and my mom’s there for him. And now they’re both healthy, thank god. But we need somebody else, we’re stronger in pairs. We need to have it.”

Anderson said that she’s learned to give men a “long leash” and revealed that her father gave her some tips on relationships, too.

“He always said that the person you’re with is like a mirror. So, if you’re doing something, be OK with them doing it,” Anderson said. “Because they’re doing exactly what you’re doing. So, when you make that choice remember they’re doing it too.”

She also urged people to get excited about love, calling it “the fun part of life.”

“Everyone works so hard, we want someone to go home to. Want someone to send you messages and flowers and chase you around. Why not? This is all part of the fun part of life. Life is too hard. It’s really important I think to have somebody love you,” Anderson said. “A lot of the American culture, there’s all these self-help books about ‘love yourself.’ You can’t love anybody else until you love yourself. I thought about it one day and I thought, ‘Wow! This is really generating a narcissistic society.’ I think that we’re really unhappy when we don’t love others, and then we need to hold a place for other people to love us.”

Pamela Anderson Says Son Brandon Is ‘More’ of an Adult Than Ex Tommy Lee After Their Altercation

Pamela Anderson is opening up about her family drama.

ET’s Nischelle Turner sat down with the former Baywatch star in New York City on Wednesday, where she discussed everything life, love and family while promoting her new book co-written with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Lust for Love: Rekindling Intimacy and Passion in Your Relationship.

Though Pamela has been focused on her own projects, her 22-year-old son, Brandon Thomas Lee, and his father, Tommy Lee, made headlines in March after getting into an altercation at the musician’s Calabasas, California, home. Tommy alleged that Brandon assaulted him, while Brandon claimed that the altercation was a result of his father’s alleged drinking problem. The 55-year-old Mötley Crüe drummer has denied such allegations.

In April, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told ET that Brandon wouldn’t be facing charges for the altercation, adding that the D.A. declined to file charges against him.

“They’re both adults. Maybe Brandon more so,” Pamela told ET of the situation with a laugh. “Sorry.”

The mother of two, who also shares 20-year-old son Dylan with Tommy, said at the time of the altercation that Tommy was “spinning out of control” and “not acting like a father.” Now, she appears to have distanced herself from the situation.

“It’s between them,” she explained. “I wish the best for everybody, but, you know, we’re all growing and learning and this is part of it… It’s too bad, but like I said, it’s the past.”

The 50-year-old actress has a lot of respect for her sons, whom she says are the “best reward.”

“I’m not a very ambitious person, but my kids are ambitious. They know what they want, they’re good at things, they’re talented, they’re so creative and they’re just living this colorful life,” she gushed.

“We’re just talking about Brandon in the South of France on a boat… I mean, you are your thoughts, you know, and it’s really important to think good thoughts,” she continued. “And if you’re a negative person or you’re worried all the time, that’s what you manifest in your life and he’s the perfect example of what?! Wow!”

Pamela’s new book is available online and in bookstores now. The actress is also promoting a new PSA against ride-hailing apps

Pamela Anderson’s anti-aging secret weapon costs $6

Even bright and early on a Wednesday, Pamela Anderson is #beautygoals personified.

But the “Baywatch” knockout, “Playboy” Playmate, PETA activist and vegan doesn’t slather herself in layer upon layer of beauty and skin care products. Quite the opposite: She has one go-to product that’s cheap, accessible and easy to use.

“Coconut oil is crazy. It’s good for your face,” Anderson said on Megyn Kelly TODAY. “I use the natural products.”

Twenty years ago, when Anderson first publicly embraced her vegan lifestyle, there wasn’t much available, in terms of what you put on your face and body.

“There are so many more options today. It’s a lot easier than it was,” Anderson said. “Try to be engaged in the world. We’re all activists if we can do something for ourselves. When I act better, people act better around me.”

Her other go-to product comes courtesy of supermodel Christie Brinkley.

“She has a great makeup line. I love the eyebrow pencil. It actually gives me an eyebrow because I don’t have any,” said Anderson.

Oh, and if you ever wondered how Anderson gets that glow, she let us in on the secret.

“I just love body oils. I’m always covered in rose oils. I’m about hydration. Weleda has a good line. The lavender and rose oils are really beautiful,” she said.

Victoria Beckham is also a huge Weleda fan!

Anderson turns 51 on July 1. Let’s just say, she’s been rather busy. The mom of two just co-wrote the book “Lust for Love: Rekindling Intimacy and Passion in Your Relationship” and has become a paid advocate for ride safety, speaking out against a lot of ride share apps. “I found out a lot about them. My kids used them,” she said. “I do things that I really believe in. I wanted to get involved. We just need to push all of them to treat their drivers as employees and give them health care and all these things.”

Oh, and she’s getting used to her new locks. Which she tames with — you guessed it — coconut oil.

“My hair grows like a weed. I shaved my head. That’s a really stupid thing to do in your 40s when you’re going through a divorce. I have hair now. It’s not what it used to be,” laughed Anderson. “So don’t do it!”
